Shipping methods

• All available shipping methods will be shown at checkout. 
• If you are doubting the automated shipping calculation, please request a quote or contact us. 
• We have both trackable and non-trackable shipping methods available. 
• Keep in mind that if you select a non-trackable shipping method, -we are not responsible for lost mail. 
• We use the following shipping couriers: Bpost, DPD, UPS, Mondial Relay (need your M.R. Point)
• If you would like to insure the shipment of your order, please select it at checkout. (Some shipping methods have insurance 
• You can leave the order opened by selecting "leave order open" as shipping method. 
• Buyers outside Europe don’t pay VAT. (price shown without VAT) but keep in mind that it is always possible that customs taxes will need to be paid in countries outside the European Union! 
• Buyers , I will need your phone number please. Important. 
• I will need absolutely your phone number to encode the shipping (if it is not in your description setting) , so, i f I don't receive it 30 min after the order, I will not be responsable. Thank you. 

Attention for letters: To fit in a small envelop, up to 100gr, the order must weight maximum 75gr!!! When you put big parts as wheels or other parts thicker then 3cm i will change the invoice to a package because the envelop must be not thicker then 3cm.
